"The time you spent assessing, planning, directing and helping me to downsize, de-clutter and create two spaces that went from disastrous to delightfully usefully has been a MONUMENTAL help for our family.

You have a knack for seeing what I/others cannot see, namely seeing past what exists to something completely different and oh so much more effective. In my laundry/craft/catchall room you helped me to tear out the nearly useless old homemade cupboards which divided the space and were so large that they could not be utilized properly for the items I wanted to store. You designed a plan for new open face shelving to order my business and office supplies. This works beautifully so that I can easily recognize where and what I need and get to it quickly.

You found a way to re-purpose the old cupboards and found another nook in a room that wasn't used efficiently and this then housed all of the kids craft supplies and games in a space they could more readily access and stay out of my space also.

What I appreciate most is that you took time to understand our family's needs (what we use most, what we can do without and how we operate) to come up with a solution that helped to support the process flow of how I work. You helped to organize the things that I need the most often to be the most readily available. Also, you didn't just leave me overwhelmed with a new plan, you rolled up your sleeves and began doing the work along side me and encouraged me to evaluate what really needed to go and stay so that the space was filled with only items we really needed.

Ultimately, the physical downsizing and improved order helped me physically, mentally and emotionally as I felt a huge weight of burden lifted. Even during the process I was feeling the load lighten. I truly appreciate the gift you have of assessing a space and putting together a plan to make work flow smoother.

Thanks for all of your help, ideas, perspiration and inspiration."
